Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it the wi-fi / wireless password?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?
Do you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Are you there

Sorry. Yes, besides the iPad, do you also have a Windows or Mac computer?

Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 1 month ago.

Sorry, I was researching on your router model and it took me some time to type all of this.

- Can you please go to the website below:

http://192.168.1.1

, then when prompted, enter admin for username and enter admin for password

, then there, click on the Wireless option, then check if the Passphrase / key is shown there. If needed, click on the Wireless Security option below Wireless option, then check if the passphrase / key is shown there; it is case-sensitive. That is your wi-fi / wireless password ***** key.

- If needed, check the Guest option if it's there for the guest password.

- If needed, don't connect any device to the guest name, but connect to your regular wi-fi/ wireless network name (without the guest word), and check.
