Can get my email, have talked with Comcast and they said it was the router problem.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Comcast product?
Customer: I have had it for some time.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I CAN GET TO THE HOME , BUT CAN NOT GET TO THE MAILS.. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Other than trying to work with Comcast, nothing other then disconnecting the modum and re concect it.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No,just need to get fixed.
