I am trying to connect my laptop to my new Bell Home Hub 2000 and my laptop asksme to press the configuration point
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Toshiba Satellite running Windows Vista (I think)
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: "This"?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I looked at the Bell Hub to see if there was a button to push but didn't see any. I entered my password ***** id but none worked
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

I'm sorry about the issue. When it asks you to press the configuration point, does it give you any other option, such as the option "Use the network security key instead", etc.?
