I am trying to find the PIN number on our Netgear WiFi so I can connect to it?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Netgear router?
Customer: none,os hooked it up
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I don't know this just appeared
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have another lap top that I am trying to connect tou our WiFi and it is asking for the PIN number located on the router but I don't know which number
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

(There are three possible default IP address for the router, so try each of the ones below)
- Click the following link:

Username: admin
Password: password
- Click the Wireless settings link

Your network name and password ***** listed on that page.

Using the network name and password ***** you obtained from the instructions above, reconnect to the wireless signal.
