Customer Question

I have a lap top and a Huawei B882-66 rotor. I have verified with Bell Canada that the rotor is connected and working. However they suggest that the firewall is preventing the computer from accessing google. When I try to access google I may or may not get the home page and anything from there usually comes up "page cannot be displayed" We installed windows 10 a few months ago. When I check the firewall settings I see that they are controlled by Norton. I am not comfortable fooling around with these settings. Can you help?

Hi there, this is Bing, I am reviewing your question.

Sure I can you with that. First I would like to determine if it is a site specific or browser related or OS level issue.
Are you able to access other sites rather than Google? Are you able to access Google well using another browser? If you run PING -T in a Command Prompt, do you see any inconsistent latency?
