Router does not recognize my password. Cannot connect with wireless cell phone
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: Stuill indicates "incorrect password"
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I tried to connect wi-fi
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This is a new phone and have been talking to Verizon rep. I was waiting for a callback from him and thought I'd try you. Have tried several times to connect to phone with no success. Wi-Fi works fine with tablet.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
