I have not heard back from you about changing the DNS numbers
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: Cables are the standard that came with the devices
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I clicked on what was supposed to be a belkin site for trouble shooting
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have reset the router and rebooted, deleted and reinstalled the netflix and reset and rebooted the roku
