My TV keeps saying my network connection has been disconnected, your tivo box or router may be unplugged. But I've tried rebooting my router and it still won't work. HELP!!!

What is the model of the tv?
How is your tivo box connected to this tv?

Rather than the router, can you please reboot (by unplugging power for 60+ seconds) your main/largest tivo box, as well as the tivo connected to the zenith?
