Press Windows Logo key and R key on your keyboard together.

You will get open the Run command box

Type sysdm.cpl in the Run box and press Enter.

You will get open the System Properties window

Make sure Computer Name tab is selected

Click on Change button

Put the name there and click on OK then Apply and then OK
