How do I turn off the night service active mode on my Cisco

Customer Question

How do I turn off the night service active mode on my Cisco phone system? I thought it was as simple as entering *701 or *702, however, it didn't work. We did not set it to auto mode so I am uncertain as to how this happened. We are operating two businesses here and have not been able to receive any incoming calls for the past 1.75 hours. Any suggestions?

What is the model of your CISCO phone please?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I have two SPA525G's and five SPA504G's
The SPA504G is the phone that I have used to disable this function in the past.

Hi

Is the phone system connected to a PC? Could I console into it?

Kris
