my password ***** not work and unable to resend request through computer. Trying to do a new password ***** also to get my computer to accept me wanting to get Netflix set up

Customer: Toshiba laptop ... not sure of model / I use AOL .... has Windows 10 (you can tell an ld woman who is not part of the new age - ha)
