With there Ethernet cable connected from the computer to the Actiontec F2250 modem / router, when you go through the router setup, what happens? Is there any error or message?

For Ppp username, make sure to enter your full (main) frontier email address, and for Ppp password, make sure to enter your frontier email password (it is case-sensitive), then click on Apply / OK at bottom and check Internet.

Sorry, since there is no internet light, it could be a coincidence that your Frontier DSL internet service is down. Have you checked with Frontier?
