Hi! It's my Apple TV. Won't turn on
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Since yesterday. Just switched from TW cable to direct tv
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Rebooting several times. Tried Apple remote app on my phone but won't find the tv
JA: The Mac expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
