My Vizio won't connect to the internet. It shows it sees it but when I type in my password ***** and over again I still can't get on. Netgear person wants money but he did say that I have a duplicate IP address. I reset my tv to factory settings and still I cant figure it out.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Netgear router?
Customer: 3 months
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just what I wrote. reset tv I don't know anything about ip addresses

On your TV go into the network settings. In the Manual setup section make sure DHCP is turned on.

If you already connected the TV to your wireless network, when you turn on DHCP you should

see all the boxes populate with information.

Go into your network manual settings.

Turn DHCP off then on again to see if it will become active.
