I have set up a new account on Netfli, but need to resent my Roku and get software update. I was on Ed Flanagan's account which has been unpaid due to a long stay in hospital. I'm trying to disconnect from his account to my own.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I've tried, but the Roku help center is a very bad connection. I called Netflix earlier today and was told I needed to have Roku do a reset. I am unable to reach them on their site.
