Every time I try to log into ifit setup to register member

Every time I try to log into ifit setup to register for new member first it say error then it just will not log in , then operation time out
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I had trouble logging before and I had to erase my profile and start again thats when the problem start I just received a replacement activation code
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't really I presume after i received new code it just registered as new member email address user name password ***** off I go but it will not let me do that

It seems like your definitely having a password ***** issue. Please follow these steps below that apply.

To change your account password, please follow the steps below:

  • Sign in to iFit.com using your current username and password
  • Click the 'Settings' button
  • Click the 'Account Settings' tab
  • Click the 'Change Password' button and enter your current password ***** desired new password
  • Click the blue 'Submit' button

To reset your iFit account password, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to iFit.com and click the 'Sign In' button in the top right-hand corner
  • Click the 'Forgot Password' button
  • Enter the email that your account was registered with and click the grey 'Send Reset Link'
