Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Have you tried the easy things first like swapping out your network cable for

another one or plugging the cable into a different port on your router?

Thank you. Click the start button and in the search area type: device manager and open

Device Manager at the top of the search results. Expand the entry for Network Adapters.

You'll see your Realtek gbe adapter listed. Right-click on it and select Uninstall.

Once it's removed, close Device Manager.

Click the start button again and in the search area type: cmd

Right-click on the search result at the top and select Run as Administrator.

At the blinking prompt in the black window type the following commands,

pressing Enter after each.

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ipv4 reset

netsh int ipv6 reset

ipconfig /flushdns

Restart the computer, the adapter will re-install automatically,

and check if the adapter is now getting an internet connection.
