Customer Question

I open the consumer reports web page via Chrome, the page opens but when I hit the "sign in" button, nothing happens. Clicking on any other button on the page does not work. I do have an account. The page used to recognize me and say "Hi Jean". I can access CR webpage and sing-in via Mozilla Firefox.I could be due to my forcing the closing of the PC while I had a message saying that some app was still running. Please help.

What is "Windows Key"? What is "X"?
Expert:  Yvette replied 4 months ago.

The windows key should be on the last row on your keyboard on the left side. "X" is just the letter x on your keyboard
