I have two macs, a Macbook Pro and iMac. Just upgraded iMac

I have two macs, a Macbook Pro and iMac. Just upgraded iMac and when queried about my Cisco E2500 I put in what I thought was my email addresses and my established password ***** Quiet Cedar, the name of my unit. I'm getting to you on my Macbook but can't find in my list the names I need. So I can't get into my iMac!
What do you suggest?
