Hello did anything lead up to this please?Are you using a separate ATA to plug your phone in to or does your phone plug into the modem/router?What make & model number is ***** modem/router please?
Sorry but we are in different time zones. Please make sure that the VoIP setting are correct in your modem such as username. password ***** SIP server etc.
