I am trying to connect my work computer with a wireless

Customer Question

I am trying to connect my work computer with a wireless router at home.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It states Time out waiting for keys, but no place to type?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've shut everything down. Restarted. through the process the Doc who I work with gave me new router.
JA: The network expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No, just important for me to access, and Im a Nurse not a computer expert.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Network Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

I'm sorry about the issue. Does the computer have windows xp, vista, or 7 or 8 or 10? Or is it a mac computer?

Does it give any option to click on?

I think this is due to WPS (WiFi Protected Set-up) please press or hold down the WPS button on your router for a few seconds until it starts flashing.

At this point connect and it will work.
