having trouble connecting my vizio e480i-b2 tv to a network at the new home. The network shows up under the list but after putting in the password ***** will not connect. All my other devices connect with no issues to this network

the tv worked previously at the old house, but it is a new modem/router with a different company. I have an Ipad, IPhone, Amazon Fire, and Microsoft surface that are all working on the network

I'm at the office now not at the house. The message comes up as can not connect to the network and gives two options try again or try a different network
