My Linksys WRT120N is no longer supplying internet either

Customer Question

My Linksys WRT120N is no longer supplying internet either wirelessly or when I connect with a cable. I can get internet by running cable directly from cable modem to PC but when I run through router I get the message that I am not connected to the internet.
I have tried disconnecting power cord and rebooting but that does not help. I have one cable attached but all four signal lights are on with a slight pulsating as are the other lights on the display.
Is there more trouble shooting I can do or is this a sign that router has died and needs to be replaced?

There may be a hardware malfunction that is causing the issue.

At this point we can reset the router to see if it will come back online.

On the back of the router, there is a small reset button.

1. Unplug the power from the router

2. Using a pen, press and hold the button down for 10 seconds and release.

3. Plug the router back in along with all the cables and let it start up

4. Test to see if you get connectivity.

The suggested fix did not work so I purchased a new router. I was surprised to see that my credit card was charged the full $36-I thought I had backed out of the sign up process. How do I cancel subscription?
