My new TC-55CX400U is not connecting to the Internet. I have entered the correct wifi network settings, and it tells me it had connected, but when I try to access Netflix, it says to check my network connection. I have gone into the router and turned off the firewall, but it still won't get any data.

Go to Menu, then Network, then Select Network Status. Let me know what is listed there please.
