Is the WiFi connection saved in you iPad? Have tried to choose "Forget Network" and then reconnecting.
So you have MAC Authentication turned on?
MAC Authentication and Filtering are the same thing. If you go to Settings > About, the IP should be there.
You might want to take the MAC filter for the iPad out of the router then re-enter it. It's possible that the entry on the router has been corrupted.
If it hasn't connected to the WiFi, it won't have and IP address yet. DHCP hasn't been able to assign it.
The IP address would actually be in the WiFi connection, if it had connected.
