Greetings, I have a VIZIO TV, which used to allow me to connect to internet wifi, but a while ago, the TV did a software upgrade, now I cannot connect to my wifi, despite entering the correct password. I have TWC cable.

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket). Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.Then remove power to wifi routter Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the wifi router, then wait 5 minutes then connect power to TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now can connect please. Let me know the results please
