We are new with FIOS because we just moved into the area. FIOS Internet is working with laptop computer but I can't get my Kindle Fire to connect using FiOS. Can you help me? Thanks!

When you enter your new wireless password ***** tap connect,

what error message are you receiving?

I get saved, then authentication problem appears in red.

Hold you finger down on your wireless network name on the Kindle and when the menu appears

tell the Kindle to "Forget" the network.

Then, leave this page up on your screen. Remove the power cable from your router for

60 seconds and plug it back in and the router will restart (this page will start working again when the router comes up)

On your Kindle, slide and hold the power button down for 30 seconds and release.

After the Kindle reboots try to connect it again.
