I need to find the security key for my Ubee to connect my netgear extender

I have included the proper instructions below for obtaining the correct password ***** your Ubee device.

On a computer that is connected to the router, perform the steps below:
- Click the following link ---> http://192.168.0.1
Username: user

Password: user

- Click the Wireless link (your network name is ***** *****)
- Click the Wireless security link (your wireless password ***** ***** here)

Using the network name and password ***** you obtained from the instructions above, reconnect to the wireless signal.

I had to leave . I have disconnected and entered new password. No connection. I diconnected netgear still can't get original wifi to connect. I diconnected power and reconnected. Still no luck. I hope to hear from you in the morning.

How about this; can you plug the problem wireless computer into the router or modem with a cable and allow me to run a secure remote assistance session on the computer so I can setup the wireless connection?

The cable co. Came and replaced device. Apparently it had slipped through the cracks when co. Changed hands. Everything is fine .
