No, I have changed my password, I need to enter it and I can't figure out how to do that on the board, it only shows capital letters. At the very top it shows it can be changed but I can't seem to get to it.

Tell me if I've got this right, you're trying to enter your wireless password ***** your TV but the password ***** lower case letters in itand you can't get the TV to make the switch to lower case?I'm suggesting changing your wireless password ***** capital letters so you won't have to fight with the TV

Or use the arrow keys to go to the top of the screen and select the small "a" next to the Capital blue "A"

OK are you sure the password ***** *****? Make sure you choose WPA or WPA 2 before you get to that screen

Yes but that keeps entering the letters, I pushed the return and that seemed to work a couple times. I'm now rebooting the TV. I double checked the pass word and it is right. I will try again. I pushed return and it made me renter the password ***** yikes.

OK the green button should change the Mode from caps to other symbols, as far as your WiFi password... that I can't help you with sorry. Yes I have the right password ***** I have to call Comcast to get the correct encryption , did you by any chance figure out how I enter my password ***** I don't have an enter or a "done" button . No rush I'm not home so I won't be able to do it until later. Thanks

The screen you sent says "OK" is "Enter" and that is the center key that says OK as I said. In the middle of the arrow keys see picture:
