Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No, I have a ubee router from my cable provider and I'm using Windows 10. My provider is Brighthouse.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Okay. Are you connected to your network by WiFi now?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Yes, I'm connected.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
You should have a network icon in your system tray, do you see that?
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Right hand side of the task bar.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Yes, it says Belkin.setup and it's open.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
If you click that, you should be able to connect to the extender?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Ok, I connected, but now it's saying "no internet, open"
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
If you are connected to the extender, type this in the browser address bar. http://Belkin.range
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Ok I typed it and it says DNS Error
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Okay try resetting the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try connecting again.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Same error
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Sorry for the delay. What LED's are showing on the front of the extender?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Blinking blue and yellow.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Okay the blinking yellow indicates the extender is not connected to your wireless network. Try moving it closer to your router then try to connect to it again.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
How's it going?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No luck, had to reboot router
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
After you rebooted is the extender now connected?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No I think I'm doing something wrong.
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
Okay so the extender LED's are still blinking?
Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.
If the extender is in range of your router, it should connect relatively quickly.
