Customer Question

I am helping a friend setting up Everfocus on her iPhone. I can do a local import when she is connected to the same network as the DVR and all works fine. But when she gets off the local network, at home, she can't see her cameras. I have changed the IP to of which 8080 is set as the port on the web interface, and set 80 as port on the phone. Still can't connect to cameras remotely.
