Customer Question

I purchased an iweargps watch. I tried setting it up with AT&T and they finally figured out that they cannot recognize the "iweargps" watch. So, knowing that Tmobile was the GPS network of choice, I visited their office and had a sim card from TMobile inserted in the watch but nothing works! It has the bars and the wifi signal and the phone is completely charged.

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

T-Mobile is a network type that your iweargps watch should work with.

But the network plan you use has to support GSM G2.

Your plan must have NO Voicemail, and must have Call Display capability.

You need to set the SOS Emergency Number before the iweargps will be usable.

*If* problems persist, you may have a defective iweargps watch device, in which case you can turn it in as defective for an exchange for a different iweargps device of equal value and capability.
