Customer Question

I could not get on line this morning and called Comcast. They said I had been hacked. They reset my computer so I could get on line again, but they told me to contact D-Link and asked that I have a port blocked. I'm not sure who to cantact about this.

I don't think I will proceed as I don't understand what I am doing. I will wait until someone can help me like my kid or our IT person at work. Thanks anyway

Let's try this another way. Is the problem computer connected with a network cable to the router or is it wireless?
