What is the problem? Do you need help locating the wireless password? Are you given an error when you attempt to connect?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
This is the only item in the home that is giving me this problem. I am unable to get an internet connection. This is a new computer

I am asking "what" the problem is. The problem is that you cannot connect the computer to the wireless signal. What problem is keeping you from doing that?
