Which email program are you accessing it on your computer with?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

I offered to do a remote desktop as trying to explain instructions for this is counter productive as opposed to just going on your computer and fixing this myself.

example is I asked for the email program but you replied with the version of windows you have Mike.

ok.. we will have to assume it is I guess, so understand if the instructions you cannot do, as it means you have another version.

Click File, Account Settings, Then click on your account and click on more settings.

Go to Outgoing Server and make sure it is set to use Same username and password ***** incoming server
