Hello,

I am the person that will be helping you today.

Are you simply trying to connect the device to your network? Are you wishing to do so wirelessly or with a network cable?

Hi there and welcome. A different expert here

For the TV to be able to connect, you need to use DLNA services which not all TV's have. I have checked the manual for your TV and it was not listed, so I am concerned your TV does not support this, but we can confirm it.

On the TV, are you able to go to Smart Home () > SmartShare™ to display a list of connected devices which would include the HomeRun.
