1. Can you please press and hold the Power on/off button on the Kindle Fire about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check?
2. If that does not work, can you go to the Wi-Fi / wireless menu on the Kindle Fire, then select your wireless network name, then tap on the Forget option if available
, then tap on your wireless network name again and connect, and check.
3. If that still does not work, please disconnect the power cord from your Verizon internet/wireless modem/router device for a few minutes, then re-connect, then wait a bit, and try again.

When you go to the Wi-Fi / wireless menu on the Kindle fire, then select / connect to your wireless network name, then what happens? Does it connect? Or does it give nay error or message?
So when select / connect to your wireless network name (not opening the internet app icon yet), it just says an error has occurred right? Is any other device, such as a laptop or tablet, currently to your wi-fi/wireless network name fine? Thank you.
