Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it wireless / wi-fi password? Or something else?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

wireless wifi password.dont know the modem.windows 10
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 11 months ago.

You can check at the back/bottom of your internet device (it was usually given to you from your internet service provider previously.)

Is the windows 10 computer currently connected to the internet via wi-fi/wireless connection?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Thank you. On Windows 10 computer, please right-click on the wireless icon at the bottom right of the screen, then click on Open Network and Sharing Center.
; (Or right-click on the Start button (which is the windows logo icon) at the bottom left of the computer's screen, then click on Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center.)
Then click on your wireless network name on the right of Connections item.
Then click on Wireless Properties.
Then click on the Security tab.
Then select the box at Show characters.
Then you will see the Network security key above it, that is your wireless / wi-fi password (it is case-sensitive.)
Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.

- If needed, the wireless / wi-fi network password ***** key / passphrase might be at the back/bottom of your internet modem / router device.

- If needed, I can connect remotely to your computer and retrieve your internet wifi password ***** through your computer for you.

When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.

I need the password ***** a firestick to get netflix
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 10 months ago.

Is the fire stick asking for your wireless wifi password? Or is it asking for your Netflix account password? Or is it asking for your Amazon account password? etc.?

Can you please tell me what happened when you tried my steps on the Windows 10 computer?

Please let me know. Thank you.
