I'm sorry about the issue. Are you looking for your Wi-Fi/wireless password?
Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
What do you need the linksys.com password *****?
Are you just looking for your wi-fi/wireless password? (i.e., are you trying to connect a device to your wi-fi/wireless network name)?
Is the Windows 7 currently connected to the Linksys EA6400 router with a cable? Or is the connection wireless?
So no computer is currently connected to the internet through the Linksys router right?
Can you connect an Ethernet/network cable (use the Ethernet cable from the PC as needed) to the laptop, and see if internet works on the laptop temporarily via wired connection first? Thank you.
Sorry, that means the router does not have internet at all?
We need to reset the router in order to reset the password.
Do you see the Reset button at the back of the Linksys router?
Great. With a computer connected to the linksys router with an Ethernet / network cable, go to the website below:
, then go through the setup there to get your wi-fi/wireless network password
, and set up with your new email address as needed.
- If that does not work, with power connected to the linksys router, push and hold the Reset button for about 12 seconds
, connect a computer to the linksys router with an Ethernet cable.
, on that computer, go to the website below:
, then does go to the router's setup page?
