Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you go to the comcast / xfinity website to use email?

What's your Internet browser program, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Explorer and yes I go to xfinity to use email. I upgraded to Windows 10 a few months ago, your questionnaire didn't allow me to put that in

Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel.
; (if needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then Control Panel window will open.)
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then close.
  8. Then go to the comcast.net or xfinity.com website and check emails.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please download and install the Firefox internet browser program at the website below:

http://www.firefox.com/

, keep all default options during installation and import

, then close Internet Explorer program

, then open Firefox program, then go to the website comcast.net (or xfinity.com) in Firefox program, then see if you can use email fine in the Firefox program.
