Is it a desktop or laptop?
Are you trying to connect the computer via wireless? Or is the computer connected to the modem/router device with a cable?
When did this issue first occur?
Can you please confirm that the computer has Windows Vista (or Windows XP, or 7 or 8 or 10, etc.)?
Also, if you test connecting the computer to an extra Ethernet/network cable from the computer to the Internet modem/router device. Does the Internet work on the computer that way?
