Hi,

Please unplug your router and turn off your TV. Wait 1 minute and plug in the router again. Wait 3 minutes then power on your TV.

Try connecting to your router again.

I already did this. Additionally, I have two other smart tvs that are working fine with their internet connection, but this unit is giving me an error

Try resetting the TV settings back to factory and connecting.

  • Press the Home button of your remote.
  • Once in the home menu, select the cog icon (top right corner) to access the Settings menu.
  • Go to the General section > Reset to Initial Settings.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions.

Okay, thank you.

It doesn't seem to be finding any wi do networks. I can try to manually input?
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.

Manual input is not recommended because it rarely works. It does not find any Wi-Fi networks?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, it is not finding any. Plus I have tried the manual entry at least 4 times today.
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.

If it is not finding any Wi-Fi networks then the issue is related to hardware failure within the TV.

How old is the TV?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The tv is brand new. I have to go now. Thanks for trying
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.

I would recommend contacting the manufacturer then because it is still under warranty.

Unfortunately you did not resolve my issue though.
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.

I am more than willing to continue although you stated that you needed to leave. At this point, you should contact the manufacturer so they can issue a replacement part/tv if needed.
