Try this on your Lenovo please>
Right click on the Windows Start menu icon>
Then choose device manager>
Then in the list of devices, click on the >to the left of Network adapters to expand Network devices.>
Then right click on the wireless adapter and choose uninstall and confirm.
then reboot the computer and check for wifi again.
