I bought a Canon Pixma MG2920 printer but cant get the scan to PC to work or even find how it would work.

Try scanning this way and let me know what happens:

  1. Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen, click Search, and then type Fax and Scan.

  2. Click Windows Fax and Scan in the results.

  3. Click New Scan, and then click Scan.
