Would you share printer ip address?
Besides, see if you can ping to Printer. This way we can see if system can talk to printer.
1: Open Command Prompt
(From Windows machine: Click Start > on Search window type cmd press enter key )
2: On Command Prompt window, type ping 192.168.1.45 press enter key, where instead of 192.168.1.45, type your printer ip address..
3: Check if you get similar type of replies it means computer can talk with printer
Reply from 192.168.1.45: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64Reply from 192.168.1.45: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64
