My printer does not print since Time Warner changed my modem. Just spent 1 hour with a Time Warner Tech and he said to contact HP.

What happens when you go to the Setup menu on the printer, then go to the Wireless Menu, then Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your wireless network name? Is there any error or message?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Can we schedule after after 12pm noon?
