This sound like a glitch with the router firmware. Follow these steps on your router please.

Un plug the power cord for 5 minutes.

Then reconnect the power cord and wait 2-3 minutes for the router to reboot.

Try a Power cycle of your modem – To do this please unplug your modem from the mains. Then re plug the power. The power light should go green. The Internet Light flashes until solid green.
