I have a Canon MG5320 wireless printer which has been idle

Customer Question

I have a Canon MG5320 wireless printer which has been idle for 6 months. I recently reconnected to my ISP, Century Link and when I try to print anything, the message comes up that my laptop is not connected to the printer. In previous years, there has been no problem. The printer's power, display and wi-fi symbols are lit
I have restarted both the printer and modem to no avail. Help

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Are you able to go to the wireless/WLAN setting on the printer and connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
