My printer keeps giving me an error of MS teredo tunneling adapter not found. And I don't know where or how to fix the problem. Thanks

Click Start, type in MSCONFIG and press enter.

Click on the Startup Tab and click Disable All.

Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"

Then click Disable All

Click ok, restart and let me know you still have the problem please

okay. I will try that. where do I find that "start" to click?

That is the windows logo button in the bottom left, that you click to open programs ect

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. The solution you gave me did not do anything to help my problem and I ended up very frustrated with the Just Answer website. I was charged $5 and $15 for no answer to my problem. So if I were to rate the service, it wouldn't be good. That is why I have not completed it.
