Customer Question

I'm using Cisco's SSL Clientless VPN to see a share located on a Windows 2012 server. I can see the file in the folder while connected. However, when I click on the file it simply states deny. I'm sure it's some type of permissions issue.

Get on the server and look at the shared permissions for that folder.

Right click on folder --> properties --> sharing --> share --> make sure your name or a group you're in is listed here with read/write permissions.
